🧾 Job SummaryAs a team member at Good Flippin' Burgers, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality burgers, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities🍳 Kitchen DutiesPrepare burgers, fries, and sides according to brand standards
• Handle food prep (chopping, marination, assembling orders)
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• 🧑‍🍳 Service / Front-of-HouseTake customer orders (in-store / online platforms)
• Handle billing and POS systems
• Assist customers with menu choices
• Ensure quick and friendly service
• 🧼 Hygiene & SafetyFollow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Comply with company SOPs
• 🎯 RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass (Hotel Management is a plus)
• Prior experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
