Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities🔹 Sales ResponsibilitiesManage and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports.


🔹 Customer Service Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and service delivery.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics.


🔹 CRM System Management


Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness in the CRM platform.

Generate reports and dashboards for management.

Analyze customer behavior and sales trends.

Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and customer engagement.

Train team members on CRM usage if required.
