Job Description
1. Purpose of the RoleTo ensure effective coordination between clients, sales teams, developers, and internal departments throughout the sales and registration process. The CRM Executive is responsible for post-sales support, documentation management, and providing seamless customer service until possession and handover.
- 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Client Coordination & CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for clients after booking.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with clients regarding payment schedules, document submissions, registration, and handover updates.
- Handle client queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
- B. Documentation & Record ManagementCollect, verify, and maintain all buyer and seller documents as per project and legal requirements (KYC, agreements, NDCs, tax receipts, etc.).
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams for drafting, reviewing, and executing agreements (ATS, Sale Deed, etc.).
- Ensure all documents are uploaded and updated in the CRM system and physical files are well maintained.
- C. CRM System & Data ManagementUpdate client information, transaction status, and progress reports in the company’s CRM software.
- Generate periodic reports on leads, bookings, payments, and pending documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team for accurate data entry and tracking of client interactions.
- D. Payment & Registration CoordinationTrack payment milestones and follow up with clients and banks to ensure timely clearance.
- Coordinate with banks for loan disbursement letters, foreclosure letters, and balance confirmations.
- Liaise with the legal and registration teams to schedule and complete property registrations smoothly.
- E. Post-Sales & Handover SupportAssist clients with NDCs, association coordination, and maintenance-related documentation.
- Support in generating possession letters, handover checklists, and final confirmation of dues.
- 3. Qualification & Skills RequiredGraduate
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate sector
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Knowledge of real estate documentation and registration processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation management systems
