Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams and report on campaign performance.
• Train staff on CRM processes and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/IT; 2+ years CRM experience.​
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and communication.
• Familiarity with Bangalore industrial hubs like Peenya a plus.
