Job Description

Ensuring that all the Queries, both Online and offline are attended and responded to within the first 10 mins of occurrence.
Taking orders from customers and passing them on to the backend team and ensuring that It has been fulfilled.
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Selecting and hiring new staff.
Monitoring the work of individual representatives reporting to you
Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
