CRM Executive

key Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome calls within 48 hours of sales closure

• Coordinate and track agreement execution and closures

• Follow up on collections as per payment schedules

• Support Home Buyers with loan processing and coordination with financiers

• Handle and resolve Home Buyer queries within defined timelines

• Ensure handover readiness by completing all required checklists

• Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, CRM, Loan Partners, and Project teams.

Daily Activities

• Making welcome calls to newly booked Home Buyers

• Tracking agreement status and payment milestones

• Following up on loan cases and documentation

• Coordinating internal approvals and updates

• Managing Home Buyer queries and escalations

• Updating CRM with follow-ups, closures, and handover readiness status.
