Urgent Hiring for CRM Manager
Experience required: 3 Years+

- Manage customer relationships from lead to possession
- Responsible for Payment Collection
- Handle customer queries, escalations & post-sales support
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales, site, legal & finance teams
- Ensure smooth documentation, registration & handover process
Requirements
- 3–5 years CRM experience
- Strong communication & customer handling skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada (mandatory)
