We are looking for a CRM Manager to oversee the activities of our communities.


Job Responsibilities 

  • Review and prepare reports for senior management
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors and management
  • Independent communication and well-spoken English
  • Bilingual
  • Interface with senior management
  • Preferred background in guest relations- hospitality industry
  • A good team member
  • Strong ability to network.
  • Act as a point of contact
  • Following up on payments 
  • Sale deeds, builder documents, welcome letter etc to prepare for the clients 
  • Providing receipts and working closely with the accounts team 
  • Preparing reports like the debtors list for maintenance of inflow and outflow 
  • Build rapport with clients and ask for referrals 
  • Maintain inventory reports 
  • Respond to clients on google reviews 
  • Cooridnate with the sales and marketing team
  • Maintain records with client data etc


Job Qualifications 

  • Bachelors Degree in finance, CRM, sales and other business related fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Understand Real estate market and trends  
  • Must be well-organised and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations 
  • Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi are a plus
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines 
  • Good negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications as well as CRM softwares
  • Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts
  • Self-starter who exhibits ownership of assigned tasks and who will push for solutions that solve immediate problems while building toward long-term goals
  • Ability to effectively be flexible in approach, and respond well to pressure
