Curriculum Coordinator – Cluster Operations
Location: Hyderabad- Based at Hitech City | Company: Feathertouch Learning Private Limited
Role:
Manage a cluster of centres, ensuring consistent curriculum delivery, operational excellence, and compliance with Feathertouch standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, quality, safety, and compliance across centres
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation and learning outcomes
- Mentor Centre Heads; drive training and high-performance culture
- Manage parent escalations and ensure satisfaction & retention
- Track admissions, occupancy, and centre performance
- Prepare MIS reports with actionable insights
Requirements:
- Graduates. Certificationin Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
- 5+ years in preschool/daycare teaching/ curriculum management
- Strong leadership, training, and stakeholder management skills
