Working Days: Monday–Friday + 2 Saturdays/month

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the RoleVal-Ed Initiatives is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Curriculum & Content Team. The role focuses on curriculum design, content development, and impact assessment for Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Values & Character Education Programs.

The position involves:

• Client interaction
• Framework building
• Lesson planning oversight
• Repository management
• Impact evaluation
• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop curriculum & lesson plans for children aged 3–16 years (Offline & Online delivery)
• Research and develop teaching materials: Activities, Stories, Games, Techniques, Videos, etc.
• Design events for children, parents, and teachers (Online/Offline)
• Conduct structured impact assessments of curriculum and content
• Develop outreach content for:
• 
  
• Proposals
• Talks
• Newsletters
• Social media
• Brochures
• Website
• Ensure safe and structured storage of proprietary content
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and coordination with consultants/freelancers
• Eligibility & QualificationsPost Graduate degree from a recognized university
• Experience in curriculum design & lesson planning
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:

• Required SkillsExcellent written & spoken English (Hindi/Kannada preferred)
