Role Summary:


Position: Customer Acquisition & Retention and Customer Support(CA&R and CX)

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)


We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on the Customer Experience (CX) initiatives, and manage a team focused on Customer Acquisition & Retention (CAR).


This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is data-driven, and is passionate about building strong brand connections at the ground level.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer AcquisitionConduct outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into customers.
  • Explain product features, subscription plans, and benefits clearly.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close subscriptions.
  • Customer RetentionHandle inbound calls regarding queries, complaints, and service issues.
  • Provide timely solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls to retain customers and reduce churn.
  • Identify reasons for cancellations and take proactive steps to retain users.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Share customer insights to help improve processes and service quality.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in voice process role (customer service or retention).
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English.
  • Strong persuasion, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with targets and handle multiple calls efficiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/calling tools.
