Knowledge in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, to efficiently document customer interactions and maintain records. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively. Adhere to established company policies, procedures, and quality standards in customer interactions. Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably with expertise in handling voice-based customer interactions. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
