Job Description: Customer Care Executive

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  2. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  4. Use product knowledge to suggest solutions and upsell when appropriate.
  5. Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  6. Meet daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
  7. Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
  8. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.
  9. Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities when needed.
  10. Utilize previous telesales experience to improve customer handling and conversion rates.
