Job Description: Customer Care Executive
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Use product knowledge to suggest solutions and upsell when appropriate.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
- Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities when needed.
- Utilize previous telesales experience to improve customer handling and conversion rates.
