Job Description
Contact potential and existing customers through outbound calls.
Explain company products and services clearly and confidently.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Update CRM systems with relevant sales information.
Coordinate with the team and report performance to the supervisor.
