CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE BLENDED PROCESS


Job Responsibilities


Handle customer queries via chat (majorly) and voice calls


Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently


Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and SLA adherence


Update CRM with correct and timely interaction details


Follow company processes, scripts, and quality guidelines


Eligibility Criteria


Minimum 12th pass / Graduate


Good written and verbal English communication


Basic computer knowledge and typing skills


Willingness to work in a chat + voice blended process


Ready to work weekends as per roster


Preferred Skills


Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support (chat or voice)


Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously


Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
