Job Description
Job Title: E-commerce Back Office – Voice Process
Location: Marathahalli (Smartworks)
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off
Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO Voice process (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Selection ProcessCandidates must clear the following assessments:
- VERSANT – Voice (VETI 4)
- SHL Assessment Bundle – 54
- Typing Test – 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Voice Assessment (English & Hindi)
- Salary & BenefitsFreshers: ₹23,000 CTC (Monthly)
- Experienced (1+ Year): ₹26,500 CTC (Monthly)
