Job Description

Position:-

We are seeking a Customer Support Intake Specialist primarily focused on inbound and outbound client communication, basic case support, and CRM data management.

This is a customer service–oriented role that combines client interaction with light administrative support to ensure accurate documentation and smooth internal workflows.


Core Responsibilities

·      Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and empathetically

·      Respond to high volumes of emails in a timely manner

·      Collect and verify client information

·      Assist with appointment scheduling and confirmations

·      Follow up with clients regarding missing information or documentation 

Administrative &

CRM Support (Secondary Focus)·      Update client information in CRM systems

·      Track documentation and follow up on pending items

·      Communicate with third parties (clinics, insurance representatives) to request basic information

·      Maintain organized digital records and case notes

·      Ensure accurate data entry and internal tracking updates
