Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential homebuyers generated through digital campaigns, property portals, and inbound inquiries. • Explain real estate project details, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and offers to prospects. • Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and buying timeline. • Schedule site visits and ensure prospects are handed over to the sales team. • Maintain follow-up communication to increase site-visit conversions. • Update lead information in CRM and maintain proper documentation. • Meet daily/weekly call targets and site-visit conversion goals. • Provide excellent customer support and maintain a positive relationship with clients. • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead flow and feedback.
