  • Coordinate with operations for vehicle planning, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Provide shipment tracking updates and ensure timely POD.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Coordinate billing, verify invoices, and share with customers on time.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments as per agreed credit terms.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Adhere to company SOPs, policies, and professional conduct standards.
