Role - Operation Executive / Customer Support.
Key responsibility.
● Excellent English/Hindi communication skills.
● Managing the day to day operations.
● Handling customer escalations through the phone.
● Handling the helpdesk tickets.
● Handling customer escalations by meeting up the customer only need basis.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
● Go the extra mile to drive sales.
● Remain knowledgeable on different service offered.
● Team up with shop managers and operation team to ensure excellent customer service provided.
● Build productive trust relationship with customers.
● Build productive trust relationship with shop managers and operation team.
● 100% compliance and ensuring timely pickup and delivery of orders by coordinating with various team.
● Responsible for 100% compliance on pick-up and delivery orders
● Responsible for public relationship through various medium like facebook, twitter, google ..etc.
