Job Description
- Generate leads, call them and convert them into business customers
- Responding to customer queries through email, phone, chat, and social platforms
- Providing guidance on baby products like diapers, strollers, toys, cradle, baby clothing, etc.,
- Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, size/fit, usage, safety or delivery
- Assist customers in placing orders, track delivery shipments and providing delivery updates
- Coordinate with logistics to resolve delays, missing packages, or damaged items
- Process returns and replacements as per company policy
- Evaluate complaints regarding defective or unsafe baby products and escalate appropriately
- Work closely with the warehouse, technical support, product development, marketing, and quality teams
