Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, promote products/services, and maintain customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls or handle inbound calls to customers.

Provide accurate information regarding products or services.

Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.

Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, or customer satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company procedures.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (freshers welcome).

Strong communication skills in English / Hindi / regional languages.

Good listening skills and the ability to handle pressure.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).

Ability to convince customers and handle objections.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Work Environment

Shift: Day / Night / Rotational (as per process requirement)

Type: Voice / Non-voice / Blended

Location: On-site / Hybrid / Work-from-home (customize as needed)

Salary Range

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience, process, and location)
