Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle customer interactions through voice calls. The role involves providing support, resolving customer queries, and engaging in outbound telesales activities to promote company products and services.

This position is suitable for candidates who are confident in communication, customer-focused, and open to performance-driven roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Promote products/services and convert leads into successful sales
  • Maintain call logs and customer records using internal systems
  • Meet daily call and performance targets

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and at least one regional language
  • Comfortable handling voice calls and customer conversations
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, calling tools, MS Excel – training provided)
  • Sales orientation with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹28,000 per month
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (uncapped)

Work Schedule:

  • 6 working days per week / 5 working days depend on process and candidate eligibility
  • Shift Timings: [Both Morning shift and Rotational shift]
