Position : INTERN Customer Care Executive (Female Fresher’s Only)

Job Description:

 Ensure 100 + Tele-Calling Every day & Pitching Customer for Pitching New customer for Gold Loans

 Lead Generation for cross sell product at Branch and ensure the conversion.

 Coordinate with different Branch staff & managersfor closure.

 Supervising day-to-day operationsin the customerservice department.

 Responding to customerservice issues in a timely manner.

 Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

 The MIS report to CRO and ensure the targets are meet.

 Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

 Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.

 Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings
