Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

A Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Patience and empathy when dealing with customers

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

Any Degree (B.com, BA).

Experience : Freshers/ Experience
