Job Title: E-commerce Back Office – Voice Process

Location: Marathahalli (Smartworks)

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off

Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM

• Eligibility CriteriaGraduates only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO Voice process (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Selection ProcessCandidates must clear the following assessments:

• VERSANT – Voice (VETI 4)
• SHL Assessment Bundle – 54
• Typing Test – 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Voice Assessment (English & Hindi)
• Salary & BenefitsFreshers: ₹23,000 CTC (Monthly)
• Experienced (1+ Year): ₹26,500 CTC (Monthly)
• Joining Bonus: ₹4,000 (Payable after 60 days)
• Applicable only for experienced candidates
• Valid for January batches
