Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with queries related to health insurance services
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns politely
• Maintain customer records and update call details regularly
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Must speak Kannada fluently and have basic English knowledge
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable working in a call-based role
• Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome
• Willingness to learn and grow in customer service
• Immediate joiners preferred
