Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Process Executive for our outbound voice process. In this role, you will represent the company by engaging with potential customers, promoting products/services, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales, lead generation, and engagement.
• Present products/services in a clear, persuasive, and informative manner.
• Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain reports on call outcomes and performance metrics.
• Follow company policies, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
• Ensure high-quality interactions in every customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in outbound sales or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Kannada or Telugu (mandatory).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
