• Fluent English & Hindi + Any South Indian Language

💼 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
• Lead generation and customer queries
• Customer support and query resolution
• Collections and follow-ups
• Maintain client and customer relationship standards
• Ensure end-to-end process compliance

💰 Salary & Benefits:

🆕 Freshers:

• ₹12,777 – ₹23,000 CTC
• Take Home: ₹17,500 – ₹20,000 (process dependent)

👨‍💼 Experienced (6+ months):

• ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
• Take Home: Up to ₹23,000

➕ Additional Benefits:

• Over Time: ₹2,000
• Incentives: Up to 4,000

⏱️ Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts
• 6 Days working & 1 day off
