Job Title: Trainee – Customer Service Executive

Location: Bangalore

Stipend: ₹15,000/month + Medical Insurance (6 months)

Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers welcome)

Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues through calls, chats, and emails.
  • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues when required.
  • Work in rotational shifts as part of a 24/7 support team.

Requirements:


  • Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu).
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
