Job Title: Trainee – Customer Service Executive
Location: Bangalore
Stipend: ₹15,000/month + Medical Insurance (6 months)
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers welcome)
Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues through calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues when required.
- Work in rotational shifts as part of a 24/7 support team.
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu).
- Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
