Job Description โ Customer Support Executive (Escalation Desk)
Position: Customer Support Executive โ Escalation
Shift: Night Shift
Location: Roopena Agrahara, Bengaluru
Salary: Up to 4 LPA (CTC)
Eligibility: Experienced candidates only (same process)
Gender: Male candidates only
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer escalations through calls, chats, and emails
Manage complex and critical customer issues professionally
Ensure resolution within defined SLA / TAT
Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution
Maintain detailed escalation logs and case updates
Follow escalation matrix and SOPs strictly
Prepare daily and weekly escalation reports
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Work efficiently during night shift operations
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in the same customer support / escalation process
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
Good system and documentation knowledge
Comfortable working in night shift
