π Location: No. 23 & 24, Hosur Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka β 560068
π° Salary: βΉ20,000 Take Home
π Shift Timing: Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM
π Week Off: 1 rotational day off per week
π Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)
π£ Language: Proficient in English & Hindi
π« Gender: Open to Fluent Male & Female candidates
π Age Limit: Up to 30 years
πΌ Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in customer support

In this voice-based role, youβll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service and resolving their queries with a smile. ππ¬
π Key Roles & Responsibilities:
πΈ Answer inbound and make outbound customer calls in a professional manner
πΈ Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, accounts, and issues
πΈ Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
πΈ Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departments
πΈ Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
πΈ Follow up on open cases and ensure complete resolution
πΈ Adhere to company policies, including data privacy and quality standards
πΈ Achieve targets related to Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Call Quality
