Position Details

Role: International Customer Service Executive

Shift: Full-time (Night Shift – US/Australia Process)

Work Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Perks: 2-Way Cab Facility Provided

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat support for international customers

Provide accurate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: 0–3 years in international voice process

Skills: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Other: Willingness to work in night shifts

Salary & Benefits

Freshers: ₹19,000 (Take Home)

1 Year Voice Experience: ₹25,000 (Take Home)

2 Years Experience (on paper): ₹33,000 (Take Home)

Experienced Employees (up to 3 years): Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)

Type: Permanent Role with performance-based growth
