Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Payment follow-up through calls and emails
• Lead and customer requirement follow-up (IndiaMART & Justdial)
• Coordinating logistics for material dispatch and inward by booking and coordinating with Porter / Rapido, transporters, and customers
• Good directional sense for using Google Maps and accurately booking pickup and delivery locations for vehicles
• Regular coordination with customers and the internal team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with high accuracy and minimal errors
• Capability to work effectively under pressure
• Handling regular office administrative work
• Willingness to be flexible and handle all types of office-related tasks as required
