Customer Care Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Domestic Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
• Meet performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi or in any one or more of the regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam preferred).
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (day)
• Ability to commute using own transport to office
• Minimum educational qualification: PUC/12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Prior 6 months experience in Email/Chat Support for Non-Voice is required.
