Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Domestic Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi or in any one or more of the regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam preferred).
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (day)
- Ability to commute using own transport to office
- Minimum educational qualification: PUC/12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Prior 6 months experience in Email/Chat Support for Non-Voice is required.
