Customer Care Executive

E-commerce BO – Voice

Job Description & Prerequisites:

1. Education: 90% Graduates and 10% Undergraduates
2. Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO Voice process preferred.
• We can consider a mix of 70% experienced and 30% freshers.

1. Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (VETI Level 4 and above)
2. Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off
3. Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM

Selection Process (to be briefed by our team):

1. VERSANT
2. SHL Bundle
3. Typing Test – 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
4. Assessor Round (Voice assessment in both English and Hindi)

Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹22,000 CTC per month
• 1+ Year Experience: ₹26,000 CTC per month
• Joining Bonus: ₹4,000, payable with the second month's salary post joining

• Preferred candidate location is Bangalore; however, profiles can be sourced PAN India.
