Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers/experienced to join as Customer Care Executives. The role involves handling customer queries and providing excellent service over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude
• Record customer interactions in the system
• Provide accurate information about products/services

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers or experienced
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and teamwork

Salary & Benefits:
