Job Title: Customer Care Excutive

We are hiring Customer Care Excutive to handle customer relationships through digital channels. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to start a career in banking sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via calls/chat and understand their financial needs
• Promote and cross-sell banking products (Cards, Assets, TPP, etc.)
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries on time
• Maintain customer records in CRM systems
• Build long-term relationships and ensure customer retention
• Achieve sales and portfolio targets

Eligibility:

• Graduate (any stream except B.Tech/BE)
• Freshers or up to 1 year experience

Skills Required:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with sales ability
• Basic knowledge of banking products & CRM

Languages:

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Any one: Hindi / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam

Experience: 0–3 Years

Age: 18–30 Years
