Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Voice Process) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries via calls in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through calls with accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
Education: 12th pass and above
Experience: Fresher
Language: Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills.
Shift timings:
Male: 6 AM - 1 AM ( 8 hours rotational shift )
Female: 8 AM - 8 PM ( 8 hours rotational shift )
Salary: 20 CTC 16 TH
