Customer Care Executive

🧾 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls
• Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information
• Explain products/services clearly
• Maintain customer records and follow up
• Achieve daily call and performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

🎓 Eligibility:

• Qualification: 12th / Any Graduation
• Experience: Freshers(2025) & experienced both can apply
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives + Performance bonuses
• PF / ESI (if applicable)
• Training will be provided

🕘 Work Details:

• Shift: Day shift
• Work Type: Full-time
• Working Days: 6 days (Rotational WO)
