Job Description 1: Back Office (Voice Process – L1)
- Role: Customer Support Executive (Back Office –Voice)
- Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent English & Hindi
- Qualification: 12th pass, under graduate, Graduation can also
- Experience: 0–1 year in any BPO domain
- Typing Speed: 30 words per minute / 90% accuracy
- Versant Written: B1 level
- Joiners: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer queries
- Making outbound calls as required
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication
Compensation
- Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC
- Experienced (1+ year): ₹26,000 CTC
Work Details
- Workdays: 6 days working, 1 rotational day off
- Shift Timing: 9-hour shifts between 8 AM – 9 PM

- Qualification: Graduation mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO (Voice preferred)
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills
- Joiners: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer queries
- Making outbound calls as required
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication
Compensation
- Salary: ₹22,000 Take Home
Work Details
- Workdays: 6 days working, 1 rotational day off
- Shift Timing: 9-hour shifts between 8 AM – 9 PM
- Screening Process: HR Round → Assessment → Ops Round (Virtual round for Outstation Candidates Only)
- For Outstation candidates: 14 days of accommodation, one way Bus or train tickets will be provided from the company. Along with this 10K relocation bonus will be provided as per the relocation policy (Terms & condition applies)
Also, we do have Voice Process for Inbound/Outbound for Banking process for various South Indian Languages which requires fluency in English plus any of Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam languages.
We do have Non-Voice/Chat & Banking Inbound processes available at Hebbal Location.
