Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
  • Achieve daily targets while maintaining high service quality standards.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
