Job Description

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies.

Maintain proper call records and follow customer service processes.

Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.

Eligibility: Minimum 12th pass mandatory with good communication skills.
