We are hiring 12th pass freshers and experienced for a voice process role.

No BPO experience required – we will train you!

Your role includes:

Handling customer calls

Sharing product information

Handle customer queries via email related to banking services

Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues

Maintain high standards of written communication and professionalism

Adhere to compliance and data security protocols

Basic troubleshooting

Updating details in the system

Simple and learner-friendly process.

✨ Eligibility:

✔ 12th Pass / Diploma / Undergraduates/Graduates

✔ Freshers OR 0–1 year

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Graduation mandatory

Experience: Minimum 18 months in Insurance

OR Phone/Retail Banking (mandatory)

Minimum 6 months in Banking

(mandatory)

BPO experience is mandatory

(Branch Banking will not be considered)

Age Limit:

Up to 29 years

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication skills in English and in any one of Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or

Telugu

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Compensation & Benefits

CTC:

₹32,000

Take-home:

₹27,000

Work Schedule: 6 days working, rotational week off

Shift Timings: 8 AM – 8 PM (any 9 hours)

Salary - 26.5 CTC (1+ yr exp) 23 in hand

23K CTC (Fresher) 19K in hand 

6 days working 1 day off (Rotational)

Shift timing -8 am to 9 pm (Any 9 hrs shift)
