WE ARE HIRING FOR Customer Support Executive
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day / Rotational Shift
Work Mode: Work From Office
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and service professionals
- Understand customer requirements and guide them through Bark’s platform
- Assist professionals with onboarding, account setup, and service usage
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently
- Meet daily call and performance targets
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome; experience in customer support, sales, or BPO is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
