WE ARE HIRING FOR Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day / Rotational Shift

Work Mode: Work From Office


  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and service professionals
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them through Bark’s platform
  • Assist professionals with onboarding, account setup, and service usage
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently
  • Meet daily call and performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline
  • Freshers are welcome; experience in customer support, sales, or BPO is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
