Requirements: 

Minimum education:

12th pass or undergraduate 

6 months experience in email/chat-based customer support 

Excellent English comprehension and writing skills 

Willingness to work in rotational shifts 

6-day work week + 1 rotational week off 

Job Title: Customer Support Executive ---Voice Process

Shift Timings: Day

rotational between 6 AM to 8 PM (varied slots)

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice.

Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues 

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 

Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple languages 

Requirements: 

Education: PUC or Graduate (Graduates preferred) 

Experience: 1 year

(paper experience accepted) or freshers welcome 

Language fluency in English + Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu 

6-day work week + 1 rotational week off
