Customer Care Officer

Job Summary:

A Customer Care Executive at Muthoot Finance handles customer queries related to gold loans, generates leads, and supports branch operations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to gold loans and other financial products
• Make 100+ daily tele-calls to customers for loan offers and follow-ups.
• Generate leads and cross-sell financial products.
• Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with branch staff and managers for loan processing and closure
• Maintain customer records.
• Ensure achievement of sales and service targets.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve retention.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English + Kannada (Local Language))
• Sales and convincing ability (very important for gold loan role)
• Basic knowledge of finance / gold loans
• Computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Target-oriented mindset
