Customer Support Representative-
Process- Online Loan Application Processing
Role & Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding assigned loan applications and guide them through the process.
Collect pending documents and required information from applicants.
Review and evaluate personal and business documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GST, etc.).
Verify details by coordinating with relevant sources and update records in the tracker.
Identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistencies in applications.
Conduct a final review before closing the loan file to ensure accuracy and completeness
