Job Description
Handle customer calls and queries politely and professionally.
Communicate fluently in English and at least one regional language Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam (except Telugu).
Provide accurate information and support in English and at least one regional language Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam (preferred).
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
