Job Title: Customer Engagement Executive

Purpose: We are looking for a proactive and responsive individual to manage all B2B and B2C customer inquiries across Calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.The role also involves creating simple product-based videos for B2B business communication (primarily for WhatsApp sharing).

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication & Sales Coordination

• Handle all B2B and B2C inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Share product details, pricing, catalogues, and videos with clients.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to support sales conversion.
• Coordinate internally for order processing, dispatch updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain records of inquiries and customer interactions.

2.  Product Video Creation (B2B Use Only)

• Capture clear and presentable product videos using a mobile phone.
• Ensure videos properly showcase product features, size, finish, and details.
• Share videos directly with B2B clients via WhatsApp or other direct channels.
• Maintain a basic library of product videos for internal use.
• No requirement for social media posting or content writing.

 Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling calls and chat-based communication.
• Basic mobile video shooting skills (no advanced editing required).
• Attention to product detailing and presentation.
• Organized and responsive work approach.
• Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business and social media messaging tools.

• Preferred Qualifications1–3 years experience in customer support, sales coordination, or similar role.
• Experience dealing with B2B clients is a plus.
• Comfortable using smartphone video tools and basic editing apps (if needed).

 Eligibility Requirements

- Gender: Female candidates only.  

- Experience: Freshers or Experienced

- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma.

- Location Preference: Candidates residing in Bengaluru only.

Working Hours & Job Location

- Full-time position with working hours from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

- Italian Crest, Central Bengaluru  (K.G Road, Near Mysore Bank Circle)

Salary  

- 15000 to 25000 per month depending on experience.
